Terry Gibson Necklace — Martha Stewart Edition

$40.00

One-of-a-kind folk art necklace by New Orleans artist Terry Gibson

Terry Gibson, a self-taught folk artist and entrepreneur based in New Orleans, began making art while incarcerated at Angola Prison. Today, his vibrant, unconventional works can be found everywhere—from street corners and local dive bars to uptown boutiques.

Each necklace is entirely unique, created from found materials and sealed using Terry’s signature method: melted plastic bags fused with batteries to form a durable, handmade adhesive.

This piece features an images of Martha Stewart, encased in a collage of plastic beads, glitter, and tape. It’s wearable sculpture—equal parts punk, folk, and DIY magic.

Materials: Found materials, plastic beads, glitter, tape, collage, melted plastic
Size: 24” x 4.5” x 1.5” (medallion piece is 6” x 4.5” x 1.5”)

Please Note: As with all Terry Gibson works, expect imperfections—they’re part of the charm and story.
